Vision On

  -today again I tried to alter my body

-as close as I can of muscles 7 times larger than as much as possible

-the most sexual feeling possible in my sex organs. Going on all the time

-hair down my back to my knees in a ponytail. Head not aching and me able to tie it

-I have tried this before

-today I thought of the time in 1985

-that day I had just come home from the local Psych Ward

-I had been there for breaking windows around the neighbors' houses with an axe

-and I nearly hit my grandmother on the head with it

-the day I came home I was standing in my bedroom

-my body started vibrating and I went blind

-for several seconds

-today I had the idea to use me blinded and my body vibrating

-to alter me to the top three features

-this morning about the same time

-I felt 2 or 3 times the worse I have had the sleep problems. Maybe caused by someone

-asleep but feeling like I needed to shake myself in my sleep to wake up

-these couple of times I more felt like I was struggling to breathe during it

-and I was scared
